Lippman Enterprises Ltd is a Family owned Business that was started over 10 years ago, by my Wife Marianne, I and my first Chocolate Lab Cocoa. I have personally been involved in the Shooting Industry for some 50 plus years.
I started out as the Sales Mgr for Numrich Arms and Auto-Ordnance (Gun Parts Corp) of West Hurley, NY. The Gun Parts Corporation was the Worlds largest supplier of Gun Parts and Auto-Ordnance was the manufacturer of the World Famous Thompson Sub Machine Gun; know by most as the "TOMMY-GUN" or the "Gun that made the 20's Roar". I worked for them for well over 30 years.
I was also involved in helping set-up up the first S.H.O.T. Show in St. Louis. While at Auto-Ordnance, I helped to get the American Rifleman too accept the very first ad for a Military "Semi-Automatic" Weapon. That back in the day when Harlan Carter was the President of the NRA. I did almost 20 Shot Shows and NRA Shows for my Company. In my position I also attended the IWA SHOW in Nurnberg for about 10 years selling and reaching our Worldwide Markets. I also called on and visited every major Firearms Wholesaler throughout the United States and also attended all of the major Buying group shows. In addition, I also visited with the largest firearm retail stores in the U.S.
I was also involved with the Importing and Sales of firearms, ammunition and various parts and accessories from all over the World and at one point, along with an associate; we were the sole US Importer and Distributor of IMI Ammunition from Israel. I also spent a few years travelling the Northeast doing various Gun shows on the weekends. Then I finally started with the Internet and the rest is history. Being a family owned business with my wife Marianne we try real hard to conduct our business in a very professional and honest way. Our reputation on the Internet and with eBay, Gun Broker and many Shooting Forums speaks for itself.
Last year our former CEO Cocoa, our first Chocolate Lab, passed away after many years of great service and dedication and he was replaced with our new CEO MAX who has been following well in his paw-steps. Max's vision for the Company is exactly the same as COCOAs was that is to be successful so he can enjoy hanging out, going for walks, swimming in the summer and playing in the snow in the winter and lead a real good DOGS LIFE!!!!
